no hard feelings against the one side or the other... nobody is living forever anyway....

In any case I think until a disease, a virus or what ever doesn't kill more than 1 % of the population it's not normal to force anyone to be vaccinated against his will. We are missing everywhere of doctors , nurses etc ... but many gouvernment have no shame to fired those who a year before was risking their lives to save us !!! It's unacceptable in my opinion specialy after 3/4 of the population in europe is vaccinated and finaly they just found out this Covid 19 virus doesn't care and can still kill some vaccinated persons !!!

Actually it is very easy. Everybody who has competence in this field and is not a lunatic has one recommendation: Vaccination.

My understanding is that with the vaccination you can get infected, you can infect other people and you can get sick.
The advantage of a vaccination is simply less infected people end up in intensive care, means like without vaccination you have 10 percent chance ending up in intensive care, with vaccination you have a 2 percent chance ending up in intensive care ( I made up the numbers ).....so the main point of vaccination is to ease pressure on intensive care units...

At least this is my understanding

That's a very problematic statement of yours. Please stop getting your information out of the internet without context, go to the hospitals and see whats happening there! All the intensive care stations are full to the max, in Germany the army prepares to establish field hospitals. It is very simple: When you get COVID and if you need intensive care there will be no place for you and nobody is able to help you. In some states doctors already have to decide who should be helped and who not (and has to die eventually). THIS is the relevant metric, not 1% or 5%.

That's also absolutely not true! The virus absolutely cares, and every statistic clearly shows it has a huge effect on getting infected, a huge effect on if getting infected you your survival rate is hugely better and (and this is what should matter most to you because of your job) it has a huge effect if you infect others or not!
So please Pierre, get your information from serious sources and not of pages where some random doctors tell bullshit and spread this wrong information on this forum.
If you dont like that the government tells you what to do is a complete different topic, but please dont spread false information about the vaccination!

a lot of points to consider;

if you have a serious car accident and need treatment in an intensive care unit, and the unit is full because increased demand related to low vaccination rates, means maybe you don't get treatment or a member of your family.....

Think careful and hard ....

I wish we get out some day out of this nightmare. These silly lockdowns, totalitarian methods, forced vaccinations for jabs that are not even 100 percent safe, for virus that has around 2-5 percent mortality rate!!
