Perhaps some experts here did notice how the germans did behave on the field during and after the match to the brasilian players

International newspapers are full of positive words of the grace the german players and fans treated the brasilians. No "bad winner" attitude but positive gestures of friendship and respect! Thats what Germany is today.
Talking about tanks (and even holocaust) is just cheap stereotypes of people, that never have seen the world.
In that case Pierre would wear a beret and carry a baguette with him all the time ... cheap stereotypes too and I have never seen Pierre with a beret and a baguette either

I met him and did photo shot with him in 1988 in Paris. Very cool guy, very tall and very humble ...
