But the conspiracy theory about the ID doesn't make more sense. If it's a setup, would the organisers be so stupid to decide that the fake terrorist would forget his ID when everybody will have suspicions about this? They knew they had no chance to escape. Maybe they considered making more victims wouldn't change anything. Plus it's clear they were attacking specific targets: cops, jews and journalists. These kind of guys don't perceive themselves as crazy murderers but as soldiers. They took an hostage, the owner of the printing factory but they freed him before the final attack. Guess they were just hoping to kill a few more cops before joining Allah.

Yes he knew he would die. Again, he perceives himself as a soldier. He had done his job killing 4 jews. Maybe he was fed up and wanted to end it. Who knows what went in his head ?

The cops didn't know there were explosives. Would it have made more sense if the guy had made the building explode and kill 50 people?

In this kind of situations, some things goes according to the plan, some don't. The killing of the journalists went according to the plan, but it could have been different. At first they went in the wrong building, then to the wrong floor, if somebody had not oppened the door, there would have been much less deaths. And the black guy, I'm not so sure he was very happy with his first attack, killing a young black cop woman. That's pretty pathetic. Apparently he was tagetting the jewish school near the place of the attack.

There could have been less deaths, there could have been more. In the end, I believe the guys just wanted to end it.
