I understand your intentions but here's the problem with it...
As much as you want to help build their career. Their future is their decision & not up for criticism how they choose to make it. You are your own man so let them be their own person. Nothing is guaranteed in life. Our choice can be good or bad but we must not control how others want to live & allow them to make their mistakes & learn.
Many girls are in this business not for a 'career' or to be a star as you wish for them. Some are in financial crisis & start porn for quick cash.
