It's like when I published the text message from Eva berger. The britshit said it was fake but if this bitch was honest why she did not simply goes to police and accuse me of all the shit she said in her podcast with this liar ??? She could have done it if she was honest but she knew I said the truth, the sms are real and I have much more to show about her ( and actaully between the hand of the hungarian justice about my scenes with her ).
So NO people in that type of situation don't play and of course the sms from Nanoe sucking Dennis at a date posterior to her rape are REAL !!! Hi all.. guess who’s back

As Pierre just mentioned in his post, yesterday I told him I would reply here. This because I got very triggered by Helena starting this kind of ‘ Q&A ‘on this tread. But then I had a thought and I felt it was not good to let myself lead by emotion and to respond on it. Also as I explained to Pierre yesterday night, I am done with defending myself. I did that already in court. And we all know the results of that now.

But here I still am now today… why ? Because I get very sad , and also kinda angry, with the things Helena is saying here. Especially the part where she mentions the victims didn’t bring any evidence to court. Well Helena, if you would have given some of your attention at court, instead of laughing at victims the whole time (my bf could see that clearly from the back where he was sitting) , you could have seen the biggest file ever on the desk of the judges. Including evidence that was given.

Okay so here I am… defending myself AGAIN. Something I thought was finally freaking over. I’m not here to start a battle. Again, I already did my part at the court. But it makes me very upset to see what Helena is doing here at the moment. Is this really how this has to go? I have kept silent for many reasons, but I feel like I shouldn’t be anymore. Especially when this kind of stuff is happening now on this forum.

For now Dennis Burka is in appeal and what ever has been the sentence in first instance the law is clearly the same all over the world. Until he doesn't get a new and final sentence he has to be considered as innocent IT'S THE LAW !!!

The judge will only declare an individual guilty when there no longer exists a reasonable doubt about his guilt: the doubt benefits the accused. If a person found guilty appeals the decision to another court, they will be presumed innocent during the second hearing.

So as I said I'm gonna keep NEUTRAL until the end of this law suit and if things are confirmed I will apologize to the victims if not I want see if the britshit will do like me !!!

It seems to me, and I'm sure many others that you are incredibly desperate for this man to be acquitted. so much so, you're willing to turn your back on everyone else. (models, other friends, and even CastingX followers.)

I feel there is much more to your stubbornness than just friendship alone. We have a little saying here that goes. "No decent man has a dirty friend with so much trouble following him and not be a little dirty himself."

Thank you for your kind words! And yes I’ll try to explain this as good as possible. I’ll speak of this from my side as there was indeed evidence rejected from Dennis his side that was put out against me:

The evening before the trial, Dennis his lawyer submitted evidence. Even tho the deadline for that was already done. (to give some context, the way it was with this trial in Belgium, before the trial us victims were asked by court to already write a testimony to the court through ourselves or our lawyers. And to also attach our evidences with that. When the first testimony gets send, Dennis has a chance to respond on that. Then after that response, we get a final say from our side. And when that is done, Dennis had one more opportunity from his side. After this the trial was happening).

The evidence Dennis delivers past his deadline, was an email and some screenshots from a testimony from someone. It was seen that this testimony email was send in November. And only got submitted to court and me THE DAY BEFORE THE TRIAL. So on the verdict it says that this evidence has been rejected, because by doing it this way it unlawfully affects my rights, and it would have not been fair to play it this way.

The night before the trial I’ve been busy to send my lawyer everything he needed to help me defend me against this ‘evidence’ , instead of mentally preparing myself for the trial. That’s the nasty game that has been played here.. to get me off guard with this. And I stated to the judges the next day that if needed my lawyer had all the things he needed now. But instead the judges rejected the evidence Dennis send.

Thanks Trixxxie for interacting on the forum. It is really disappointing all what has happened with you regarding the case of Dennis. The fact that people are defending him blows my mind.
