There's was 4 pages of bordelo on this thread about Dennis and nobody cared, i simply would like to ask if someone have any news about his "appeal/demand" of 7 years in jail jugement , that was supposed to be treated the 28 november ?
La cour d'appel d'Anvers a ouvert jeudi le dossier contre l'ancien producteur de films pornographiques Dennis "Black Magic" Burkas (49 ans). Ce dernier a fait appel de sa condamnation à sept ans de prison pour le viol de huit femmes notamment. Le dossier sera traité le 28 novembre.
(I precise that i don't give a shit if he's a "good" or a "bad" guy, and even more abput "who is right" in this case, my only concern is, what is the result of his "appeal" , thanks in advance )
His appeal has been reported to beginning of 2025 because the defense has brought new elements !!!

Dennis' lawyer (Mr. Walter van Steenbrugge) has a request with the appeals court to cross examine witnesses.
At the same time, the prosecution wants Dennis to have to take a psychiatric assessment. The judge will decide on the validity of both requests on 19 December. Once that decision is taken the appeal can go ahead.
So after I got precise informations I can tell you the following:
The Court of Appeal decided yesterday to summon seven individuals to be questioned by the Court of Appeal. This includes six girls, among them Trixxxie and Nanoe.
The Court of Appeal also rejected the civil party’s request to have Dennis re-examined. Dennis has already been assessed by a psychologist and a psychiatrist, both recognized and respected by the judiciary. The Court of Appeal acknowledges the validity of this examination and will take it into account during the appeal proceedings.

What was the results/conclusions of those 2 psy analyses ? They say he's crazy or what ? I hope the lawyer of Dennis will explain to the court, how Nanoe sucked dennis, sended picture of it to Pierre, that prétend she got raped after she didn't get 20k €
As I said already, the fact Nanoe Vassen send me the picture saying she was happy to suck him, and later fight with Dennis about 20 000 euros she never got she said and then went to police accusing Dennis of rape give me a strange feeling particulary because the famous rape day she send me this ...

Les psychiatres n'ont évidemment pas trouvé Dennis fou sinon ils ne pourraient pas être juger comme le veut la loi dans tous les pays "normaux" !!!
Essaye stp de réfléchir un peu plus avant de poster des truc à sensation parce que ça fout le bordel pour rien et quand tu parles de "bordelo" c'est encore une connerie puisque bien évidemment Helena Catoir ne va rien faire d'autre que s'en remettre à son avocat pour aider Dennis mais certainement pas faire des choses insensées au milieu de la court.
Et enfin tu utilises les images de Nanoe dans le topic de Trixxie mais pourquoi puisqu'il s'agit d'une autre personne !!!

I know various things but I am not allowed and anyway also doesn't want speak about people I don't know !!!
The only two person connected to this sad story that I know I Nanoe and Trixxxie. I will not speak about anyone else and anyway I already said all I have to say about it. I only wait to see what the appeal will bring on the table ...
