In Riga, people brought so many flowers to the monument to the liberators, that the authorities of Riga just kneaded them and raked all the flowers with a tractor. Just a boorish attitude to the memory of their people!

Are you kidding or just slow?The Baltics have made Russia their raison d'etre. So they never moved away from them as such. If anything, they used Russia, so as to act like parasites and get loads of free money off the EU by howling about the "Russian threat" . Take the Russians out of Talinn and Estonia is hopeless because Estonians in the USSR were infamous for being slow in mind and quite dumb.
I can't think of anything more against the French principles of 'liberty, fraternity and egality' than the sickening apartheid-state non-citizen laws in Estonia and Latvia

From 08.05 to 10.05 there was a serious battle in the Black Sea, near Snake Island.
In short, the Kiev regime's mindless PR campaign to seize Snake Island on the eve of Victory Day ended in disaster for the Ukrainian armed forces.
Russian Defense Ministry on the results of the failed Ukrainian provocation on Snake Island:
Ukraine lost 14 airplanes and helicopters with paratroopers during the attempted seizure of Snake Island.
The Kiev regime lost 30 military drones, including nine Bayraktar-TB2 strike drones, off Snake Island in three days.
Ukraine's attempt to seize Snake Island was militarily pointless.
The bodies of 27 Ukrainian special units and nationalists remain on Snake Island.
Three Ukrainian Kentavr landing boats with marines on board were destroyed near Serpentine Island.
It is known that the operation to seize the Snake Island was designed by American and British special services, which informed Zelensky about the calm situation in this part, and the operation would go without problems. As a result, the Ukrainian landing force actually fell into a trap. Zelensky, who lost most of his elite special forces unit, was set up as usual.
