Yes Vitaly, I agree with you 100% - thats why I have told me freinds and relatives that we as Austrians are in no poition to teach the Russians about moral standards and we should leave this conflict of two slavic nations alone as its not ours.

I agree with you Kopf, but unfortunately this conflict has long gone beyond the regional, at least in its cold phase, since NATO's uncontrolled eastward expansion and support of the neo-Nazi movement in Ukraine. The hot phase, at the moment, is only in Ukraine, but with such a negative global trend, the hot phase of the conflict is only one step away from going beyond the regional.
The Russian people do not want war, but they are being methodically "backed into a corner," all of Russia's existential security interests have been trampled. The Russian leadership has repeatedly said that the special operation in Ukraine is a forced measure and that no one in Russia is happy about what is happening in Ukraine today...

This war could easily stopped by splitting Ukraine in two parts, the east along the river dnjeper for Russia and the West to the EU. It would make two territories almost the same size and it would be fair. However, i fear the war will go on for years and maybe escalae into a huge war.

I hope we will not meet us on the battlefield Vitaly....you seem to be a nice guy. I refuse to hate Russians and I refuse the western Propaganda of double standards doing the same as Russia in other countries but pointing with the finger towards Russia. I hope so too, Kopf. I have a lot of friends and acquaintances in European countries. Basically all of them are great people.

In my opinion, the whole problem is that the EU does not act in the interests of its people in foreign policy, because it is totally dependent on the United States, which does not benefit from friendship between the European countries and Russia.

There are many of the latter in Europe, despite the active media anti-Russian treatment, the complete blocking of the Russian "voice" and Russian culture in Europe. But as I have already said, the Brussels bureaucracy, and the political elite of many European countries, are completely controlled, following all the instructions of the United States, acting contrary to the interests of their citizens.

I agree, it's impossible to say there wasn't innocent civilians killed in Ukrain by Russians. It's clear there are a lot unfortunately !!!
The question will be at the end of this war to know the truth about numbers and who really did what.
That will be difficult to set up with transparency for sure ...

These cities are bombarded daily with heavy artillery with cassette ammunition by the Ukrainian Army. EVERY DAY!!! And they are shelling absolutely peaceful, residential neighborhoods. Every day people, citizens of Ukraine, are killed by their shelling!
