Turns out it's actually very-badly-transcribed Cyrillic:
Ксения Сергеевна Онатопп should correctly be Kseniya* Serge[y]evna Onatopp

*Xenia for Kseniya is of course OK, there being no dedicated equivalent to Latin ‚X‘ in Cyrillic since the 18th century.

I don't think any of us can underestimate her. She is incredibly smart and even more beautiful. And she knows how to get everything she wants. And as "bystanders" we get to enjoy her art.
