At least yes 180 ° is a better idea but still it's difficult to get a visual without any distorsion and it "normal".
The human view with correct focus is 57°, so I can understand going down to 20 ° is fine but a 180 ° or 0° if we reverse the sens on view, is not really important if you are not seat down front of Iguaçu falls !!!

I just went on Pornvr.com ( they can say thanks for the publicity ) where they have a lot of VR videos.

Just signed up on your site. I agree with you on all you said ! VR is boring ! You never feel any action, all is like a slow motion movie pretending be a normal movie.

Viewing a VR movie on a monitor appears distorted. The proportions are wrong. VR footage is filmed with fisheye lenses, one for each eye, and therefore do not appear corectly on your monitor. The headsets lenses and motion sensors convers the part of the image you are looking at to the correct proportion for your eyes. And the latest high quality footage is quite convincing, both in image quality, color and proportion. The first time I saw VR porn, I was blown away by how pretty the actresses are. You get that feeling them being right in front, not away on a screen. This istotally different than when you look at them on screen. I will send you by email links to the latest high-quality sites for you to get an idea. vrporn.com is like a tube site, they have older stuff and not high quality, and they show you a distorted view if you look at it using your monitor.

If you shoot VR, please look at the z-cam cameras. They will give you the high quality and high resolution results that you are looking for, rather than the consumer lower-quality cameras like the Vuze (which is still not too shabby actually!). The videography technique is different from regular filming. When you move the camera too fast or when there is too much shake, it makes the viewer dizzy. It's like if someone is shaking your head! So one must use a boom and slower camera movement. The cameras do not have a viewfinder or a screen, instead you use your phone or a headset to view what you are filming.

In my opinion, there is currently too much POV movies in the VR world. It's cool and impressive at first, but gets old fast as that is what everyone is doing. It would be great if you made us feel like we are there in the room with you guys, witnessing the action. That would be awesome.

My deepest problem with VR is :

The one under boy or girl can't move, only the up one can do it and not too fast or the video is fucked up ...

That is what I'm saying, too much POV where the producer wants you to think you are the one having sex. But you could do something different.

Also, the technology just 3 years ago didn't allow much movement or the video would be blurred. That is also what has evolved. Still not too fast, but movement is possible.

For me VR = SHIT !
Woodman has always been a visionary with a leg or more ahead of the competition.
He created the most magnificent porn scenes in history in the most beautiful places in the world, he invented the castings, he was the first director to speak with his clients on this forum instead of snubbing them like everyone else were doing before, he was the first to do porn in DV, HD and 4K, always the first for all that work.

To be honest I don't know at this moment what will be the next turn of my career ...

I hope 2021 will be better but yes for sure I'm slowly but surely on the way to do something in the near future to keep the site alive and make my members happy and I don't think VR is a part of the solution. I prefer think about new concept ...
