In those networks everyone is kept silent.
(And I don't think Pierre needs a suck-up)
Just finished watching "The loudest voice" with Russel Crowe. It is about Roger Ailes. The guy who created Fox news and made it NBR. 1 news network. He was also the media consultant for Nixon, Reagan, Bush, Giuliani and ...Donald Trump.
But he was also a Bastard, a rapist and a son of a bitch, and everyone now knows about it, despite the fact that he was making all of his secretaries and anchorwomen signing NDAs that they wont sue him.
Here goes his "legacy"!
Times have seriously change in the last 2 decades and will continue to do so in Exponential rhythm. Nothing is hidden. Yesterday they starting to expose, after a looong list of other celebrities, the tenor Placido Domingo.
People doesn't afraid to talk now, even if the events occur decades before.
In the Ailes story a few simple audio recordin (from a cellphone) were enough for Rupert Murdoch to fire him after 20+ years of service in a heartbeat.
It doesn't matter if he made more than 20 billions for him. He was out in the blink of an eye and ...dead in a few months.
The presumption of innocence doesn't seem to apply anymore. Even a hint o inappropriation is enough to destroy you and your career and your public image.
And there are recording means everywhere. And proofs. And eventually everything will come to light. Nowadays with an exponential increasing rate.
