Good luck with your surgery. 3 years ago I had the same surgery 2 times. First one I didn´t keep rest as doctor told me and after 2 weeks of my first surgery I started to do a normal life, so 6 months later I had to go for surgery again. Believe me, take care for atleast one month if you don´t want to have the same problema again. Looks a very easy surgery, but if you don´t rest for a few weeks, the problem can start again and maybe worst.

Better this operation in Budapest than the other hernia surgery I had in 2007 in Paris.
Painful of course but doctor has made me stand up an hour ago and I don’t take the painkillers ( I refuse it always because I want feel if I have a problem).
So I am proud of myself been able walk even for few seconds.
