Maybe this story will give you a smile. My girl friend and I were on a vacation, and she contracted strep throat. She got some medicine for it from a clinic. But later she needed to check her temperature. So she asked me to go to the pharmacy and buy a thermometer. I came back to our room and told her "They did not have any oral thermometers left, only these. So lie on your stomach."

Yep but luckily where I am now, they check your temperature externally at 10 inches far from your head.

I have also a dirty joke about this situation :
A nurse stick deep a thermometer in a patient’s ass, then take it off, tell him all is ok, goes out for a second, then come back and stick it in his mouth moving it fast, then look at the thermometer and said : « perfect » !!!
So the guys was a bit surprised and ask why she needs take twice his temperature and she said : second time was not the temperature, it just when I came out, I found out there was some shit on it !!!
