I started this thread because I was concerned about the direction of the site. The time it takes for scenes to be released is getting stupid. Since the beginning of February, there has been 1 casting updated in 17 days. There are over 70 castings alone, not including WUNF and XXX, that we're waiting for updates.
Pierre bites my head off every time I simply suggest growing his staff to help with editing and releasing of his content. I can now see there are a number of members that are unhappy with the time it's taking for scenes. Here are a couple of points Pierre, respectfully submitted, I'm not trying to attack you, just offering my suggestions.

* Why listen to your customers / members ?
1) They are the reason you're porn personality even exists today. You have been blessed with a large audience, who have supported you over the years. I understand there are pirates, but there are also good supporting members who pay money to support this site and your work.
2) Not every fan, or supporting member, is going to kiss your ass and call you "Master and Teacher". This is a business and you must simply realize that 10 or so "Master Degree in Teaching members" are not going to financially support this site, it's the 5,000 + that don't even post here and pay monthly for content.
3) I have been very successful in my high tech business, with recent growth of $10 million USD per year in sales. How ? Not because of me, but because of the 2 full-time sales professionals I've hired, who just landed a big contract with a national hotel chain. I have learned to listen to my clients and employees, it's been the single greatest reason for my company's success and growth.

* Understand your clients, your market :
1) Look at your Alexa numbers. Your site is largely supported by the US market. This is a target market for all porn sites. The typical US consumer will not come to this forum and earn their "Masters Degree in Teaching". They will however open their wallets by the 1,000's, paying $50/month after exchange rate for your site, which is much more expensive than competitor sites.
2) The US consumers will demand / expect content not promises, you must speed up your releasing, simple.

* Understand the change and evolution of your business :
1) You have posted numerous times on this forum and EBI that you are producing much more content today then when the site 1st started 6 years ago. Great news Pierre ! We can all see that you have earned the strong working relationship with Brillbabes and Jules Models etc ... There is no doubt you treat the girls with respect, you pay them well for scenes, you don't promise to pay them then don't .... It's because of this most models will start in the business with you ,,,,: Pierre, are you reading this ?? I'm complimenting the fuck out of you !
2) If you're producing 4 times the content today, why are you still on the same release schedule of 6 years ago ? This is why you're at 70 "to be continued" and counting. It's so simple I can't believe we're arguing about this, if your production has grown, so must your staff !!!
3) You must learn to trust your business to other people. Hire an Editor, and trust that he / she will do good work for you. It's the nature of business to hire the right people and trust them.

I haven't sleep a full night since january 31th and last Wunf has take me 3 parts of night to be edited !!! It's not 1 but 2 casting + sex you have got since begining of the month, but it's not first time it happens and whatever when I am late, after I always put back things in order, as I have always done since the beginning of the site.
So if you're not happy Horndogger, go somewhere else and fuck off !!!

Holy mother of Mary ! Pierre, thanks for making my point. You are getting all the new fresh faces, you've been shooting since you got back from USA. You have released far less scenes into the market than any of your competitors .... why ? Because you're too busy for editing !!!! The content is increasing, the models are flowing, your scouting, meeting, dining out, shooting, producing, performing, lubing, cumming, screaming, when the fuck are you finding time for editing ?

Pierre, you are the type of person who is stubborn and has a "hard head". I think because I've suggested an assistant, you will never add one because you don't want to listen to anyone. Are you perfect ? If you know everything about this business, what happened to Woodman Entertainment ?

That the workflow is designed according to the owner priorities
(ie personal pleasure ie a lot of time is spent shooting and you barely get GG scenes,probably 25% of so called,to be updated or taped scenes will not be released for different reasons) then customer satisfaction you will be disappointed.

So you mean I should not hunt that babe and only do editing ???

I have no problem with "to be continued", I have no problem with waiting patiently, the problem I have is you simply producing 5 x the content today when you started, catching all the new models but yet keeping the same release schedule as when the site started 6 years ago. What's happened is so much material is falling behind, you're losing members, yet you simply won't grow your team to match your production ?

Perhaps the most stupid conversation of had in recent years. It's so obvious a mentally handicapped person can figure this out.

Horndogger, Pierre is mentally very capable. Perhaps you need to get it through your skull that he just won't hire an assistant... he just won't. It is not that he does not understand but for whatever reason he just won't hire an assistant. Anybody can understand and calculate simple math! He might not be revealing the real reason behind why he does not want to hire help.

So you would be happy to pay 5x the price of your membership for 5x the content released? Or do you think that you deserve to have 5x the amount of scenes posted online for you immediately for the same price you were paying 6 years ago (or cheaper, given his reward scheme for ongoing members)?

Please, give us some other examples of companies that use that business model and continue to succeed and grow...porn or otherwise.
