Well you should because I am many things but not masochist !!!
If I had continued to loose money or if tomorrow I start again to loose money, then I will close the site as I already said many time.
So, considering I have increased my production spend of 70 % in the last 3 years, it should have a reason no ??? I think you can see with your eyes the work I do and all this is not for free ... So think a little bit !!!
But yes the piracy is a huge problem, if it doesn't exist, oh my god, you have not idea what I will give you here !!!

Well, maybe you could test a preorder system with a few of these "oh my god" scenes
The scene will only be available to the ones who preordered it and only after a specific amount has been raised... (plus some extra weeks to sort out the "clever" ones who used stolen credit cards or want to charge back the preorder)

I want to reserve judgment on this pre-order idea or "a la carte" system until it's fully implemented, but I want to add my two cents worth. Pierre owns this site and he does what he please, but in the end it's a business and with any business customer feedback is important. I see nothing wrong with fans expressing their displeasure about this "..to be continued" horseshit. I 100% disagree with Pierre's views on this subject, but it's my opinion and I'm glad I can express it. I know it won't change anything but this is a "forum" after all and I don't want any assholes attacking me for my opinion. We can all agree to disagree, as we say.

What I need people to understand, it's double work for me the "to be continued" and if I do it ( excepted for the free casting of the month of course ) it's just because it's a neccessity.
But we are testing actually a new tracker system to fight with pitates and maybe I will not do it to much in future if it works ...

I started this thread because I was concerned about the direction of the site. The time it takes for scenes to be released is getting stupid. Since the beginning of February, there has been 1 casting updated in 17 days. There are over 70 castings alone, not including WUNF and XXX, that we're waiting for updates.
Pierre bites my head off every time I simply suggest growing his staff to help with editing and releasing of his content. I can now see there are a number of members that are unhappy with the time it's taking for scenes. Here are a couple of points Pierre, respectfully submitted, I'm not trying to attack you, just offering my suggestions.

* Why listen to your customers / members ?
1) They are the reason you're porn personality even exists today. You have been blessed with a large audience, who have supported you over the years. I understand there are pirates, but there are also good supporting members who pay money to support this site and your work.
2) Not every fan, or supporting member, is going to kiss your ass and call you "Master and Teacher". This is a business and you must simply realize that 10 or so "Master Degree in Teaching members" are not going to financially support this site, it's the 5,000 + that don't even post here and pay monthly for content.
3) I have been very successful in my high tech business, with recent growth of $10 million USD per year in sales. How ? Not because of me, but because of the 2 full-time sales professionals I've hired, who just landed a big contract with a national hotel chain. I have learned to listen to my clients and employees, it's been the single greatest reason for my company's success and growth.

* Understand your clients, your market :
1) Look at your Alexa numbers. Your site is largely supported by the US market. This is a target market for all porn sites. The typical US consumer will not come to this forum and earn their "Masters Degree in Teaching". They will however open their wallets by the 1,000's, paying $50/month after exchange rate for your site, which is much more expensive than competitor sites.
2) The US consumers will demand / expect content not promises, you must speed up your releasing, simple.

* Understand the change and evolution of your business :
1) You have posted numerous times on this forum and EBI that you are producing much more content today then when the site 1st started 6 years ago. Great news Pierre ! We can all see that you have earned the strong working relationship with Brillbabes and Jules Models etc ... There is no doubt you treat the girls with respect, you pay them well for scenes, you don't promise to pay them then don't .... It's because of this most models will start in the business with you ,,,,: Pierre, are you reading this ?? I'm complimenting the fuck out of you !
2) If you're producing 4 times the content today, why are you still on the same release schedule of 6 years ago ? This is why you're at 70 "to be continued" and counting. It's so simple I can't believe we're arguing about this, if your production has grown, so must your staff !!!
3) You must learn to trust your business to other people. Hire an Editor, and trust that he / she will do good work for you. It's the nature of business to hire the right people and trust them.

I shoot every day new faces and hardcore since I'm back from USA.
I haven't sleep a full night since january 31th and last Wunf has take me 3 parts of night to be edited !!! It's not 1 but 2 casting + sex you have got since begining of the month, but it's not first time it happens and whatever when I am late, after I always put back things in order, as I have always done since the beginning of the site.
So if you're not happy Horndogger, go somewhere else and fuck off !!!
