It depends... The Tubesites are most in data-center. The Filelocker and Usenet are people who upload from the home-connection to a server which is located in a data-center. And because of the encrypted uploads, the ISP's and the filelocker and Usenetcarrier have no possibility to know what the people upload. And then their are affialiates who have at home the SSH Server.

You have to seperate tubesites and the rest. For sure tubesites can be shut down. There always have be a provider where I can host my site (and the IANA give you your IP Address). So, that should be no problem....

The Filelocker and Usenet is not a Site, it is a service where people can upload anything. And is also used for piracy content. And that is not possible...
In America the whole filmbusiness and musicbusiness try since 10 years to shut down some filelocker with no chance to do it....

Piracy is a business. Business means money. Money means taxes.

Internet providers are making money from piracy by selling unlimited download solutions to their customers.
Countries make money from piracy too.

No politician will ever shut down the internet. The guy would be killed 5 minutes later.
Tubes and filelockers are legal businesses used by bad people (pirates). It's impossible to censor them or shut them down.


Piracy is better than the legal offer. That's the number one problem.
Because piracy offers more content for a better price.

The movie or music indistry can survive through Netflix or Spotify. The industries will be fine, but the creators will be screwed.

If the porn industry wants to kill porn piracy, it's very simple.
All the porn companies should unite and launch one huge site.
