TPHA never shows up on Czech medical test, and in Czech does not exist the deep test you nominate previously.
When a blood sample if considered not negative or in grey zone or positive, the laboratory send it to the central medical department. This national structure can ask a second blood sample, or can simply test again the previous sample if there is enough blood. It is up to this department communicate to the laboratory if the patient is positive or negative, and it can take weeks. In this case, the central medical department use to provide to the laboratory the test result of TPHA (and not only), because is the laboratory in charge to provide the therapy to the patience.
So, if you do not know the facts, then do not talk.

Just for your information: about last epidemic of syphilis (3 years ago), in Prague we had ONLY ONE CASE, so be careful about what you write about the sanitary system in Czech Republic. That also included the anteriority of the Syphilis (TPHA), but it is not noted in the certificate from Medicentrum, there is just a different kind of negative result:
