I would suspect the Russians don't want outsiders coming to their country and trying to snag the girls. They would rather the Russian girls shoot scenes for Russian companies. Probably leads to drama similar to the Yakuza not liking Westerners coming to Japan and shooting japanese girls.

yeah.... i kinda think that too... they probably don't wanna some foreign smucks boinking their women
or maybe they are just afraid the girls will join the dark "size"
