Yep, it dont happen automatically thought, you have to go to your account section on the page, press the check my reward rank and subscribe again. It can take a some days for them to reimburse you the difference in the membership cost if you paid the monthly cost recently.

Pierre, j'ai un petit souci , je suis membre gold et quand je veux payer avec ma carte dont la date d'expiration est 01/2014, il n'accepte pas le paiement alors que ca devrait etre valide jusqu'au 31 janvier non? que dois je faire ?

Bonjour Zlatko !

Cela dépend du système de paiements.
Sur la page de paiement, tout en bas, vous avez un bouton "Alternative Payment", il vous permettra de choisir entre 2 ou 3 système de paiement différents.
(GTBill, CCBill, ou Allopass)
Une fois sélectionné, la page pour rentrer votre carte bleu ne sera plus la même.
Normalement "CCBill" devrait y arriver.
