How do I access video in my subscription that are not available in my country?

There are some video that doesn't show up on the site. I really want the video DOLLY DYSON - WUNF 353. I tried clicking on the link on the forum but when I click on it, it goes to a not found page.

It doesn't show for me either, and I do use a VPN. I think back a year or two when the credit card companies threatened.
video companies about alleged illegal conduct a lot of the casting and WUNF videos were blocked. I know most were restored to the site but I still can't open them either.

Right now I am in the United states and not using a VPN, so the video isn't available for me.

I just want to know if I can use a VPN to access the video that I can't see. I don't want to get my account suspended if it's not allowed.
