And same about the Chineses but I agree Russia is the smalest exportator there ...

Russia is a net exporter of energy I think, so I never put them in same level of oil-greed in Venezuela as China. For the Russians, Venezuela must be more useful in the geographical sense, though claiming they are oh so selfless in their dealings with Latin Americans is laughable.
China though, they're an empire of locusts and dog eaters. They actually send lowlifes to collect stray or poorly-guarded dogs (sometimes even zoo animals) to eat them wherever they go. They have absolutely no respect for non-Chinese people or nature.
I never said anything about selflessness! There is no such thing as selflessness in politics or economics. But Russia never wished Venezuela ill, and sought to maintain good relations without harming Venezuela. It never forced Venezuela to do anything, never imposed sanctions that primarily affected ordinary people. On the contrary, it helped Venezuela circumvent Western sanctions. Whatever your attitude towards your country's leader, what does Russia have to do with it? How did it harm Venezuela? By buying its oil? If this money is distributed unfairly in Venezuela, what does Russia have to do with it? These are Venezuela's internal affairs.
