I guess before you decide on starting new websites you should be aware of this: The material you post there will be on filesharing sites and networks as soon as you put them online. It's the same for all (major) porn sites, they all have to deal with this and there's not much you or the others can do against the many million people in the filesharing scene. Probably the only way of not getting them released on emule, torrents, hosting servers, usenet, irc and all the other ways filesharing takes place, is to only keep them for yourself. If you can't deal with this, just don't even start...

But I'm sure you are aware of this. What I don't get is: You blame the closing of PAL mainly on the guys that put your vids out there for free, but at the same time you announce new websites. And you know that all this new stuff will end up being released for free, too (the more interesing episodes of WCX are shared as well). Sooo... either I don't understand your logic or the closing down of PAL actually doesn't have much to do with filesharing.

You know, you have your fans here. Loyal fans. Actually, some guys on here are really fanatic for your material (some in ways that would really get on my nerves if I were you), and the most loyal fans I've ever come across on any porn site. That's something to be proud of.

One more word: Out there in the world of economics, customers have to be treated like kings. Yes, that's the most valuable advice anyone could give someone starting a business. The members of PAL surely weren't treated like that. To the contrary. You promised updates time and time again, but often you didn't stay true to your words. If you expect people to actually pay for your new websites, make sure you have the time and enough interest to actually update the sites regularly. Don't expect people to pay for your sites because they like you so much or because of loyalty. That's not the way it works - at least not for the vast majority of customers.

This is unfuckingbelievable i really liked this site i was waiting for update that your said you make "next weekend" i came back from work just to see that you closed this site and now i will never see the rest of your amazing pal scenes... i always liked your materials but now im so fucking pissed that i cant find proper words... better not to say anything but you should reconsider your decision or think of some other solution to post more watersports scenes..

Sorry Pierre, but what petrucci had written, is for sure the truth.
Dont misunderstand me I dont say that copying your material is legal, but you have to deal with it.

On the other side you know we are fans and support you (not only with words, also with money). You should think about it. As I wrote on my first post. You are not a samariter, you have running costs and you have to earn money to pay your bills, but I think if the content is good (and thats for sure here also) and you regulary updates the site you dont have to think about filesharing.

That's what I was trying to say: It WILL continue this way. There's no doubt about it. I'm not sure what you expect to happen when talking about closing the sites. When you threaten to close your sites this won't have any impact on the filesharers. They actually don't care at all - there's thousands of porn sites to get material from. So either you are okay with your fanbase that's willing to pay for your material, or just don't even start...

You want to start a new site on 1st March 2010. The same thing to the new site will happen as with PAL? Why you open the site then? For me this makes no sense.
