I doubt you would block any pirates using country location filtering. You would just loose true clients from these countries...
OK, maybe you would gain more casting opportunities from girls from these countries as your videos would be less easily accessible to their entourage (even if they would probably still be available on pirates websites after a few days...). But this is the only real benefit you will get

They don't. They block ILLEGAL porn websites. They fight against porn piracy (as you seems to ask for many years) and in counterpart you block users from these country (which would have to find an illegal way to access your videos if they still want to view them (=turn to pirate porn sites) ). That is completely conter-productive and stupid. You are basically playing into the hands of pirates with such a decision...

Won't it be open to theft by anybody?
What if somebody would use someone else's card? Lost card?

Nobody can steal it ! We don't keep it ! We don't ask for the 3 digits so can't be used.
And you need make it only once after been accepted until you are using same IP adress.
