I think there are plenty of unreleased scenes in your digital basement. I take it if you make the scene the model has to sign a release to get paid or?
In case for whatever reason the model changes her mind later and ask you to not release the scene, do you get the payment to the girl / agency back, because you cannot use the scene any longer?
Or is the this happening so rarely and you are a nice guy, you just write off the payment to the girl?
If she refused the sex part after the interview to be published and now she wants it obviously she needs do a model release.
If a scene was made and not published and the girl want it not be released ( it's a happened so many times ) then I ask to get back the money. Buty it's also happened I refused when it's for stupid reason ( for instance a girl asked me last year no show the piss I did with her because it was a real one and her BF was mad with the idea I show it. But her BF let her do piss mouth for the circus because "it wasn't real". For me it's really not a good reason to shut down a video ...
I have got hundreds of excuses from girls to shut down my work with them ... I accept less than 3 that I consider as correct.
I rarely shut down a scene because it's a non sens ... Why should I take off something the pirates have stolen on my site and sale instead of me ??? It's just suicide but anyway it's happened I did it for very specific situation but ultra rare !!!

Espérons que les IA poussent certaines vedettes à en montrer un peu plus pour contrer les fakes , parce que à part quelques une qui osent la grande majorité c'est puritanisme généralisé depuis presque 2018 , même les top models réputés pour faire pas mal de nus n'en font plus un seul , les nouveaux mannequins sont très puritaines !
