Pierre, you have the best stuff, but you only show the tease, then you drag your customers (your diehard fans really) for 6 months or more before your show the goods. Sometimes I wish back for the old days of VHS or DVD, if I see it, I buy it, its all there. No "to be continued" without any action whatsoever. Unrequited anticipation is the deal killer.
I can see your strategy Pierre, I assure you it is a wrong strategy, in any and all ways. Why is it a bad strategy? because most netizens know they do not need to be a member here to get what you put up. And your "supposed" efforts to sabotage the pirates by strategy of "to be continued", you should know simply by observing the internet, that it doesn't work. The only thing it does do is irritate your paying customers. People who get it free won't complain at all, they just sit and wait. there is NO WAY around this, believe me, I know the internet and the systems behind the internet like you know women and their behinds
. The key here is to accept that "Security will ALWAYS be far from perfect".
The only way to win this war against piracy in today's internet market place, is to put up work of such quality that your number of fans increase, subscribes to your site keeps increasing. How can I say this? Well, I am one of those who subscribe to your site, even though i do not need to. I am happy to do so, because you put out quality work, when you get to it that is.
Split it into 2 by all means, but split it in a way your paying customers get something that keeps them happy as well as anticipating the climax ending. Example, Paloma Star is bad split. Why? cos all you did is talk with her in French, and she stripped ... No action. This is an awful strategy any way you slice it. Why? because only you win. the guy who gave you 40 euros of his hard earned money? he had his dick out ... in anticipation of ... nothing.
And stop hyping too much; good fire cooks, bad fire kills and maims. Example, Caylian Curtis, what a major fuck up. Another potential example Viola Bailey. It's fine if the fans are driving the hype Pierre, but it's best you don't do that too much. The BGG was a disaster, regardless of how you look at it, because it was marketed wrongly, and made worst by all that hot air.
Now Pierre, imagine if you sold that BGG as Beata Undine's long awaited return to WCX bg performance, with special guest appearance of Viola Bailey and Nacho Vidal's replica dick. Beata's fans are happy, Viola's fans are happy, happy all around. Why? EXPECTATIONS were well managed.
Anyway, forgive me for my unsolicited advice. You strike me as a man who wants to do what you are good at, whether in front of the camera or behind it, for many years to come. Not because of the money, but because the work makes you feel alive, and keeps you in touch with your large fan base. Most professionals who love their work is like that.
