I can't said only money, but for sure the presnece of Caprice at the Chat even for free brings a lot of people and the fact they are disapointed because it doesn't works, is not the best way to bring them back to me...
It's also a frustation for me because if I said something, I don't like to not been able to do it !

I can't speak as a regular customer, but my opinion is you did your best to bring her to us and I really appreciated your efforts.
I know technical issues can happen anytime and you can't always be under control.

The setup of cuties was really sharp but why don't You get a decent USB webcam for chat purposes and shot the clip in nearly HD?
