Yes the Mac Studio is great !
I read on some forum it’s the same powerful than a MacBookPro 2022 but I am sure they did not make the test with both machines in full configuration !!!
Because for me the Mac Studio is superior and better this way because otherwise I will have made a crisis as it cost 10 000 euros while the MBP cost 8 000 euros …

About the need of power, yes I need it …
For instance a MacMini M1 full configuration is taking 5 hours for a 4K video made in 1 and a half hour by the MBP and 1h10 min by the Mac Studio !!!
Time is important for me …

i think u cant compare MBP with the Studio because the energy is the limit, the power on mobile platforms is often limited down and for example on Apple u need a extra power cable to bypass the limit.

I was looking for which one i should buy because they had nice company discounts here and had the choice between a mbp with a m2 and a m1 mini, i used the m1 mini for this reasons.

After the m2 Mini and Pro came out, i send my m1 back because the m2 have more gpu power so its renders faster.

But the new MBP M2 erase even the Mac Studio for the moment but it's OK I'm not gonna spend another 8 K on a MBP this year !!!
But in 2024 yes for sure ...
