And for sure, Nadal is a huge champion...And Medvedev the future number one...
Maybe Rafael Nadal will stay as the GOAT forever because Djoko will be banned for no vaccination on all the other grand slams...
It is a pity that this title will be not granted after a great fight on the courts between the BIG 3 but thats life....

I would have been happy see a final Djoko - Nadal but as Medvedev beat Djokovic in USA I really think this final was the right one anyway !!!

@Pierre : I am not completely agree because it depends on the surface.
And it depends also on the harmony between different ways of playing tennis.
I think Medvedev could lose more "easily" in front of Nadal because Nadal's way of playing is more difficult for him.
He already lost in another final in front of Nadal.
Djokovic is easier to play for Medvedev.
But between Djokovic and Nadal, I dont think we could say because Medvedev beat Djoko, that on Australian Open, Djoko would have surely lost in front of Nadal.
On all surfaces, Nadal lost in front of Djokovic, by statistics numbers of battles, except on clay court.
