Well you have 2 choices :
- Either you do it on your own (produce your own porn film), but good luck entering the industry : getting agents to send you girl, girls to sleep with you and film and allow you to post it on the internet ...
But I guess if you're motivated and you have lot of capital you can.

- You get Pierre to let you do the castings. Which is a lost cause because he likes what he's doing and earn enough money like it, and he needs to trust you etc.
But that's almost impossible, it would be like to ask a doctor to let him run his office instead of him, or besides him.
