Well you are not the one I'm looking at 
I recommend fucking the girl in sideview for this specific part of the initiation. Gays don't see your asshole and we can see you handling the girl perfectly (to see the facial expression of the girl while you fuck her ass the first moment is a nice bonus of course) Older castings also had you do it with the girl facing the camera sometime, but I guess this is more complicate because the girl could detect the camera.
