I think you have a fixed idea that the casting and the work should be the same day.
Usually it's impossible for a simple reason, the HIV, Hepatitis, Syphilis and Clamidya test takes some time, you should know that !
But sometime when I feel the girl his not sure of herself and I can do like that, I imediatly organise "something".
That day I took James Brossman who was waiting me for lunch in the lobby and we shot with condoms.... so yes for this one you are right !
