Honestly, I am in pretty good shape. As I have said before, I run almost 5k each day. It's addictive! Especially since I am six weeks at a time without sex. All that energy has to go somewhere.

Good to hear it... I am sure this goes without saying, but she should be gentle on the thighs, stomach and breasts.
