She can’t be very smart if she says things like that!
The ability to use your body for selfish gain and sell it off, flaunting it publicly while using every available resource—that’s not exactly a sign of intelligence, especially when you’re sticking your nose where it doesn’t belong. And she’d know that if she were smart! I’m no prude, and I’m not going to judge her for what she does, but I do want to warn her that her opinion on many vital issues will be the last to be considered, and no one will take her seriously. That’s just how life is!
She’s taking advantage of what nature has given her and the conditions in society that have been created for this purpose. You could compare her to an athlete whose active career is very short—you have to make the most of that time while you’re young and in demand. Only if, in addition to financial security, she also wants to be respected as a person—that’s where the question remains wide open. In my opinion, most mature, wealthy, and intelligent men will view her as a “pretty toy”—someone they can compliment without any strings attached, give gifts to, take advantage of her intimate services, or even keep as a mistress, etc., but they are unlikely to take her seriously or respect her as a person. Realizing this, many such women develop an inferiority complex. And they try in every way possible to stand out in society and in public, or, at the other extreme, to completely shut themselves off from society. And when they come to terms with the harsh reality—that their time is passing and they are no longer in demand—they may undergo various psychological transformations: detachment from their former occupation, states of stress, restlessness and a search for self, foolish and irrational behavior, and so on. This is precisely the example we are discussing....
Of course, there are exceptions, and for such people, everything turns out exactly as they want it to. But this is more of an exception to the rule, and it usually happens to people who are truly intelligent or simply lucky—but that kind of behavior is a whole other, very extensive story...
