As her fans, this is the part that leaves us banging our heads on the wall, the answer is so simple. She clearly wants to make more money from this without filming more herself. Pierre has to have hours of video with her in her prime, of him with her, her with others, that if they could reach some kind of deal would make both a ton of money. I'm on other forums where even the most simple IG post from her generates discussion of how they would love to watch her fuck again.
Think of it, if even 1% of those 3M fans paid $50 in a pre-sale, that's $1.5M dollars! Even a fraction of that could be life changing money for her! And she would not have to lift a finger. I know Pierre deserves to get paid as well, but there has to be some kind of split that works.
The fact that we are even discussing her 11 years later shows there is mind-blowing potential. I don't know if here is a way to test what the real numbers might look like, but if there is please do it. Maybe it would be enough to make everybody happy.
