As far I know the girl involved in the story with Denis in 2008 was nearly 17 not 15 and was with her mom in the room while Denis fucked them both. This is the husband of this women who alerted the police but the two women despite if it doesn't take off the fact one of them wasn't 18, had a consensual sex. The law forbid this before 17 at this time and it's the reason why he got jailed !!!

I'll play the devil's advocate here. This girl is American and she's coming up with the accusations 4 years later, plus the thing she's accusing him of is so bad that it sounds kind of fake.

You know I was myself accused by few people of things I never did so yes it's easy for me to be very suspicious but trust me in the present case I know she doesn't lie because there was already rumors for long about her but also various other girls saying similar stories.
