As of March 2026, former adult star Emily Willis (Litzy Lara Banuelos) is showing slight improvements but remains permanently disabled and bedridden following a February 2024 cardiac arrest, with a potential diagnosis of locked-in syndrome. She is now receiving care from her mother in Utah after suffering anoxic brain injury.
Current Condition: While still severely affected, her lawyer reported she can now make some noises, move her body somewhat, and track with her eyes.
Medical Status: She is being evaluated for locked-in syndrome, a rare condition where a patient is conscious but almost completely paralyzed.
Lawsuit Settlement: A tentative lawsuit settlement was reached regarding her family's lawsuit against Summit Malibu rehab center, which alleged negligence, dehydration, and abuse.
Cause: The 26-year-old was in rehab for ketamine addiction and anorexia when she was found unresponsive, causing oxygen deprivation to the brain.
Very sad ...

Yeah. i read that at this point - the machines are keeping her alive sadly!
i also read that she was already underweight before her heart attack and that she's lost more weight due to inactivity and being bed ridden. the sweet girl we all loved might be in there somewhere inside her mind but 'Emily' the girl is likely gone forever.
but atleast the hospital that was negligent about her care gave her family a large lawsuit settlement.
so money-wise she will have 24/7 care until her time comes..
so sad...but the love she gets from her fans is well-earned.
i rarely give girls 'angel' status but she was an angiel. not perfect. but she was a good person.
drugs are the devil.
may she rest in piece until her time comes.
