It's hard for me to guess how it would work in some European countries, frankly speaking, seeing today's absurd and insane trends, I wouldn't be surprised by anything anymore.
But, I can tell you how it works in Russia.
Let's start with the fact that in Russia at the moment officially prohibited by law, the production and distribution of pornographic products. Not viewing and use for personal purposes, but the production and public distribution. However, in practice, I do not think that law enforcement agencies take this very seriously, unless of course pornographic products do not have a blatant perverted nature, such as pedophilia, and so on. For general understanding. In order for there to be a corpus delicti and a potential criminal to be convicted and punished, his guilt must be proven, namely;
1). That he KNEW (in advance) that he was having sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 16, regardless of the consent of the parties.
