Personally for me, the moment I know if a girl had surgery, psychologically it takes away my attraction to a girl because in my mind, I know it's not real beauty, but modified. But Yorgekis breasts even if it's big looks real I will admit but now that I know it's not real, I'm not so much in admiration.

Yorgelis is a true natural beauty though. The breast op only accentuates her beauty and great figure. I would rate her beauty higher than Liya Silver, who is also with great beauty but different to Yorgelis has big natural breast.
Generally I agree with you, but Yorgelis, Gisha Forza and Sonia Smile should be exceptions. They are natural stunners only accentuating their beauty with plastic breast
