He asked for a permission based on the claim he was tested positiv on Dec 16th 2021. The following days he was not in quarantine but attended several public gatherings with kids, public officials etc.
And this is not based on unproven news, but his own twitter account, dude!
This is highly dubious and deserves an investigation.
