I don't think dial up internet exist anymore maybe he have to change ISP there is very fast internet nowdays. You upload and download hundreds of megabytes every second 
everything go fast even the castings. More data is faster for more castings to upload.

Pierre is it possible for you to invest in a mic for your castings?
Very often during the castings when you ask the girl questions they are sounding very soft and difficult to hear the girl talking. Maybe if she will have a mic it will be easier to hear her? Just a suggestion.

My camera is enough heavy and problematic to do POV with, to add another micro on top ...
