I also need to say that i am often surprised how different a girl can look from a casting to another scene....How much makeup, light and other factors matters in how they look.

Yes it's 100% true. Makeup is like a magic powder. It can make even bad looking girl be very beautiful. But lots of girls still look nice naturally
