To travel with airplane

Dear Piere you traveled much for your work so.. i ask you how do you carry your photo and video camera plus the lights?
Only the lights (for example bowens) it needs i big baggage..(no hand baggage)
Unfortunately sometimes the baggage arrive 1-2 days later or (terrible) missing..

Oh don't tell me, it's a nightmare since 9/11 !!! I hate more and more take the plane because of that and prefer often drive from Budapest to Prague, because I'm faster than if I go to airport and I carry all my staff without problem...

In "wild waves" did you carry only the videocamera?

Now it's cool to shoot without lights (inside) but it's difficult shooting (1/15sec it need a good hand)..and i prefer always much light

In the past I was using a lot of light. Even I had 900 Kg of light in Budapest until 2002, but step by step I've used more and more the natural day light.
Today it happens sometime I huge kinoflo but 90 % of my work is with real atmosphere.
Of course if I shot again big production, it will be another story and I will use light !!!
