Unable to download videos

Hello,
This is for support.
Everytime i try to download a video, I get an error screen that says that this website has potential risk. I think its something to do with the configuration.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Hi, your PC/Mac Clock is set to 4.12., but today is already 5.12.

Correcting the clock setting should solve this issue....
