I think the point is not to know if there is an offense or not, as it's the truth that today most european club are using ex-african citizen becoming european citizen.

Following some logic, it's no surprising the media reports them that way. Though Russia on the other hand is huge country.
Pierre could receive the award from Putin himself for promoting Russia and Russian culture. And that would be far from true.
