You want the money first and then you will give what you want.It can be fair for you but for your most of members it must be the opposite.First everybody wants to see what they are paying for.Nobody pays for unknown.So I wait for the value scene to pay for.Everybody gives his own decision.
For sure you are giving vids(ordinary girls) everymonth but they are not the expecting vids.You are using ''will be updated'' scenes as a ''showcase'' and you do not give them.
