Mr Woodman - your security is so good that it won't let me watch the whole video even once. Apparently I have watched it "too many times" even though I have seen less than half of it!

We already test several times and all our tests are sucessfull.

There can be trouble if you are using vpn/Proxy/unstable connection/slow computer.

We also have problem with people trying to watch the video on ipad/iphone/android, because it´s exceptionaly not working on those devices.

We are currently working on the streaming system to improve it.

small piece of advice to customer support.

your customer is not an idiot, so don't treat us like one. believe it or not, some of us actually do run and maintain data centers.

we are not on unstable connection/slow computer. your streaming servers are overloaded AND they only allow limited number of refresh attempts before kicking the media requestor out as "too many views today".

Please fix it. and while you are fixing it, just inform us that you are looking at the problem, and to be patient a bit.

Implying we are idiots with bad connections or hiding behind a VPN = maybe true but very impolite.

Before Viola will come online I did a list of people who will probabily be negative about the video, and curiously you were in Emerald ... My instinc was right !!!

I know correct members are satisfied and understand what I'm doing.

Dear Emerald,

We do not want to offend you by telling you that you are doing something or not.

We just list all the particular cases that are known to create this problem.

This list is here for everyone having problem, to do a self diagnostic if possible.

Using a VPN is not bad practice, a lot if people are using some. (In some country, you must use it, due to geo-blocking-firewall) but some VPN are modifying to much the data, and it can crash.

If we give this list publicly, It´s because some others people are having the problem.
For example: Some users have loaded the video page dozens of times with an iphone, whereas it was displaying: "it do not work on smartphone".

They are not idiots. They were hitting the refresh button very fast without reading the text (maybe to be the first to view the video?)

We didn´t said that we know what´s happens to you, and now we suppose that your self diagnostic is "none of this list"

So we know that we have to do more to help you.

^^^ pierre it looks like even one of your members was complaining how he wasted 50$ and still cant watch it. I know you would call him a pirate too because he is on that site.

Anyway that's why they say patience is a virtue. Guys learn to have some patience like me.
