This is such a mess. I paid (on top of my subscription) 20 credits and was told that I would get an email when ready for down-load. Well, no mail so far but the video has appeared on the main menu but with this weird "disable" message. What's going on?? The whole procedure seems to be very confused and handled in a technically very suboptimal way to say the least.
