So many questions but seems some people doesn't have understood it's a donation box to accelarate the coming online and then yes the best donators ( 10 credits ) and the members of the site ( they paid every month ) must have the video immediately after the 100% are reached for streaming and download.
Then 30 days later, anyone will have possibility to buy it for 5 credits.
About the lengh of the video it's not decided yet, depend how long of the camera control I will keep inside ( I am working on it this week ) but between 90 and 120 Mn.

Today we are at 9% on the progression gauge ...

I'm curious to know if there's any difference between donating 2 credits or 10? I donated 5 and became a member of the site, I'm honestly hoping to get the full casting as soon as it's released.

As far as 9% progression, I feel it would be much higher if you simply stuck with the original plan (pre-order now and get the casting as soon as we reach 100%). None of your members will donate if they know they're going to get it at the same time as everyone else.

PW, I respect you and how your handling this. But in all honesty, nobody is going to pay because everyone expects someone else to do the work for them.

just had an idea what if pierre put after 50% the half of the casting (ending with to be continued till 100% reach) that will satisfy the donors and will excite the members to donate more and if reach 75% he put 75% of the casting

So Pierre you are saying, for non-subscriber, pre-order price is 10 credits? That is all you had to say, just be clear to your customers. So that those of us who just buy credits know what to do. And monthly subscribers know they can donate something (between 2 to 10 credits), extra, to help cover your costs too.

Last question Pierre: Those of us who were the first to "donate", but did not know about the 10 credit minimum. can we just top up to 10 credits?

example. 4 credits "donated" before today, Now just donate another 6 credits and total will be 10 credits. is this okay?

Enough playing around. There's only one way we're going to reach 100%, and that's by implementing a set price for the pre-order. Only member's who've donated 5 credits or more should be able to access her video once 100% is reached - everyone else will wait the 3 month period as you suggested.

To quote your original plan:

I genuinely believe this is the best way to encourage people to pay up. Everyone wants to see her casting but nobody wants to pay. What sense would it make for someone to donate an extra 20 or 40 euros if it was going to be released (at the same time) for free anyway?

Had you stuck to your original plan, we'd be at more than 9% now. If everyone knew they needed to pay to see it, there would've been double if not triple progress. The casting could've been released this weekend.

Pierre, I say this with the utmost level of respect: Stop trying to satisfy everyone. It's not possible. Don't start thinking of new ideas, because all it does is cause confusion and anger (especially this whole 25% and 50% and 75% thing, what the hell?). Go back to what your first suggested or stick with what you have now.

While both are fair alternatives, the one we have now will get us nowhere.

And for all those "loyal" members, who think that because they've been here longer than others, and are therefore entitled to not have to pay as those who do... Have enough maturity to know this isn't a normal release. A high price was paid for the scene to be made and a higher price will be needed for it's release.

There is a strong demand for this casting and unless there's an incentive to pay, nobody is going to do it! If you're a "loyal" member, then understand the only way you'll see this casting is if we all pay up!
