Booz: I could very well be wrong about him telling the truth. And there is no way to prove it one way or the other. I have not seen him in many years. He would be 85 + today, and I never heard of a hard drinker and drug user that lived to be that old.
Maybe one of the "Mens" magazines will offer Axelle some good money for a photo layout. I would like that.

As you know I'm against alcohol, cigaretts, drugs etc ... but I have seen an interview few years ago of the oldest English man, died at 114 years old, when he was 110 and the journalist asked him is secret to stay alive so long, and he said :never heard of a hard drinker and drug user that lived to be that old.
" it's easy, whisky, Malboro and prostitutes !!! "

If you find this post disgusting, I won't mind if you delete it.
In 1964 there was a guerrilla (civil) war in Rhodesia. The US applied economic pressure on them first, and then South Africa second. The Soviet Union, China and North Korea sent weapons and guerrillas to fight and bring down the white government. They would slaughter any white farmers that they could. The government had a $10,000 bounty on any foreign guerrillas dead or alive.
I knew a guy who lived in Florida who went there, big game hunting. One night he went on a hunting party at night and shot a Russian guerrilla. He got his money, but Rhodesia lost the war, becoming Zimbabwe.
The country used to export food to other African countries. Now they cannot feed themselves. The US gives them between $200 and $300 million dollars each year so they won't starve. The guerrillas continue to kill whites whenever they can and they cannot leave the country. Just like East Berlin.

Curious George (by the way can you stop this nickname, because you are not very curious in my point of view). If you "have not seen him in many years" as you say, how can you say "He would be 85 + today, and I never heard of a hard drinker and drug user that lived to be that old"?Curious George wrote:Booz: I could very well be wrong about him telling the truth. I have not seen John Wayne in many years and it doesn't mean that he would be 107+ today.
Honestly I was a little chocked by the way you told the story: "One night he went on a hunting party at night and shot a Russian guerrilla". I am sure you did not do that in purpose but it is like the Russian man was a lion or an Antelope.

I respect your feelings, Pierre, but in rare cases the tables are turned. In 1898, the British were building a railroad bridge over the Tsavo river in Kenya. Col Patterson was in charge of the project. There were 2 male lions in the area that discovered 3 things. Humans cannot run as fast as antelope, their skin is thinner and the meat is not as tough. The railroad workers were imported from India, and in March of 1898, they started disappearing. The lions stalked them at night. The workers slept in tents, with bonfires and thorn fences for protection. It did no good. In the next 9 months about 135 were killed and maybe 35 eaten. (Even house cats have been known to kill mice and birds, even when not hungry. They kill for the thrill. But when you take a weapon sophisticated and enjoy shoot a wild animal, you're just a killer who loves take off the life !!! It's my personal point of view.
Finally, Col. Patterson, went out at night with his Enfield rifle and stalked the lions while they stalked him. After many nights of trying, he managed to kill them both. One lion was 3 meters long and it took 6 men to carry the body.
If this true story sounds like a good plot for a movie, you are right. At least 4 movies have been made about it: including "Bwana Devil", and the 1996 film, "The Ghost and the Darkness", starring Val Kilmer.
Nowdays, the union would file a grievance and the government would complain about an unsafe work environment.

and somedays the bear eats you.

I did not mean for this to get so serious. The beginning of this post is about political activists bitching about Axelle hunting game. And then Pierre told a story about a wild pig. Then I escalated with a story about a guerrilla war. Booz, my preview was faulty with that sentence- too many (nights). Nit picking aside, I will tell more. It is hearsay, so I cannot verify it is true.
There were Russian, Chinese and North Koreans helping the natives. At night they would sneak into the farmland and approach the cattle that were sleeping. They had a sharpened, stiff metal rod, and they would stab the cattle in the side. Then run away. In 2 weeks the cattle would die from infection. If they could, the natives would kill the farmers, with guns furnished by the communists. He never told us the details about how he killed the man.
He was a developer from Florida, and tens of thousands of people needed new homes down there. He made a lot of money. He was a "swinger". Swingers were couples that traded wives at parties. There was "The King". He weighed over 300 pounds and had a huge mansion. He held parties and furnished unlimited amounts of booze and cocaine. He had a huge living room and maybe 20 people sat in couches and watched 2 people have sex on the living room carpet. You were expected to cum 3 times. His wife did not mind him going, but refused to go with him. They complained to him about not bringing someone with him to share. She eventually divorced him. He told us a story that one of his "Swinging" friends told him. Living in Florida was a famous TV actress, married to a film star. One day he came home early and found her in bed with 2 men. He divorced her. The divorce became news, but never the reason.
TV star George Burns lived to be 100, and he smoked a cigar. TV star Larry Hagman drank and needed a new liver. He got a new liver, but died a few years later. There are always exceptions. John Wayne died of lung cancer, but it may not have been only from cigarettes. He made 2 movies in an area north of Las Vegas. Everyone in the cast and crew breathed in the dust from the area. It was downwind from where they tested the atom bombs. And getting left over plutonium dust in your lungs, will guarantee you lung cancer. One micro gram will do it.
Lets bury the hatchet and go back to talking about sex.
But be careful talking about Axelle. She is only 17.
