As pierre has stated many times its upto Viola what she decides to do she has his number yes we all wanna see it but who knows maybe in time. You are correct in what you are saying. However many porn stars have BF or husband. It's a certain type of person to be BF or husband. In some cases they enjoy it, as they are open relationships, swingers, etc.
Many times when people in relationships are in different places in life, jobs, etc. they grow apart, she is only 21 and as all have said "time will tell"
